What this log captures

The Audit Log is the admin console's immutable, append-only record of who did what. Every entry records the principal (the authenticated operator), when it happened, the channel it came through (Via), the action, and a meta payload with the specific change. It captures all governed mutations made through this console — escalation edits and notes, contact create / edit / delete, launch-request decisions, and Command Center lane-voice comments and answers (including dry-run attempts) — plus authentication and sensitive-read events (sign-in, and viewing the audit log itself). Entries are never edited or deleted; this is the evidentiary trail for GBL governance review.
