Governance Command Center
Org-wide Discussions review and the six advisory C-suite lane voices (ADR-0005). Voices are advisory and comment-only; all governed change still flows Discussion → PR → Randy approval.
Voices
Each card joins a voice’s gate state with its live position against the ADR-0007 caps. Click a card for the full picture — gate reason, caps, org-breaker slice, a per-voice reset, and that voice’s engagements and pending work. Caps auto-reset on each voice’s schedule (default daily 0000 UTC). The limits set the safe envelope — the storm defenses (loop guard, label filter, kill-switch, dry-run gate) are unchanged.
Configure engagement caps
Positive integers. Org breaker must be ≥ per-voice hourly cap. Takes effect immediately, no deploy.
